Cookies are small text files that a website puts on your device. They do things like keep a page working properly, remember a choice you made, or count visits.
What this website uses
| Type | What it does | Do you have a choice? |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Keeps the site working, keeps your booking session running, protects against fraud. Set by Squarespace and Acuity Scheduling. | No. The site will not work properly without these. |
| Analytics | Counts visits and shows me which pages people look at, so I can improve the site. Set by Squarespace and Google Analytics | Yes |
| Embedded content | If a page shows an Instagram post or a video, that provider may set its own cookies. | Yes |
| Marketing | In limited circumstnaces, some ad tracking pixels, such as Facebook and Google Ads, may be used. | Yes |
Your choices
Squarespace has a built-in cookie banner. If you use analytics or embedded content you should turn it on, and non-essential cookies should not load until someone accepts them.]
My cookie choices banner appears the first time you visit my website. This allows you to do one of three things:
Accept all cookies (listed above)
Manage cookies (for you to manage which cookies you want to accept)
Decline all cookies (A button for you to decline non-essential cookies)
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site from working. If this occurs, try disabling the block cookies setting and selecting ‘Decline all cookies’ instead. This will ensure all essential cookies are accepted, with non-essential cookies disabled.
